Jet Grouting
High-pressure grout injection that forms soil-cement columns in place — perfect for underpinning, excavation support, and cut-off wall construction in South Florida.
What is Jet Grouting?
Jet grouting uses a high-velocity water-cement grout jet to erode and mix in-situ soil, creating a homogeneous soil-cement mass. The resulting columns or panels can be engineered to virtually any diameter and depth.
DCE Equipment Corp utilizes single-, double-, and triple-fluid systems depending on the soil type and design requirements — delivering tight quality control and verified column geometry through real-time monitoring.
- Effective in a wide range of soil types including loose sands, silts, and soft clays
- Can be installed in confined spaces and adjacent to existing structures
- Forms monolithic columns, panels, or full-coverage slabs in place
- Used for underpinning, cut-off walls, and excavation support
- Minimal vibration — safe near sensitive structures and utilities
- Self-performing crews with real-time grout volume and pressure monitoring
