Auger Cast Piles

Continuous flight auger piles drilled and pressure-grouted in a single pass — delivering high axial load capacity with minimal vibration and no open excavation.

What is Auger Cast Piles?

Auger cast piles (also called CFA piles) are installed by advancing a continuous flight auger to the design depth while simultaneously pumping grout under pressure through the hollow stem. As the auger is withdrawn, grout fills the shaft from the bottom up, producing a clean, consistent pile.

DCE Equipment Corp installs auger cast piles to diameters from 12″ to 36″ and depths exceeding 80 feet. Our rigs include on-board data acquisition systems that record auger penetration rate, grout flow, and pressure in real time — providing the documentation required by engineers and inspectors.

  • No vibration or spoil removal required — ideal near existing structures
  • Faster production rates than driven or drilled-and-cased piles
  • High axial capacity in both compression and tension
  • Works in challenging South Florida conditions including high water tables
  • Real-time data logging for every pile installed
  • Diameters 12″–36″, depths to 80+ feet
