General Questions

What areas does DCE Equipment Corp serve? +
We primarily serve Miami-Dade and Broward counties in South Florida. Our crews are based locally and can mobilize quickly to commercial and industrial project sites throughout the Greater Miami Area.
Is DCE Equipment Corp licensed and insured? +
Yes. We carry General Liability, Excess/Umbrella, Workers Compensation, and Auto insurance. We are also CTQB certified in Miami-Dade County and OSHA certified. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Do you work on residential projects? +
Our focus is commercial and industrial foundation work. We are best suited for new commercial construction, industrial facilities, multi-family developments, and infrastructure projects that require deep foundation or ground improvement systems.

Services & Process

What foundation services do you offer? +
We offer six core disciplines: Auger Cast Piling, Jet Grouting, Vibro Replacement (stone columns), Sheet Piling, Soil Improvement, and Site Development. Each service is self-performed by our own crews — we do not subcontract the core work.
What is auger cast piling and when is it used? +
Auger cast piles (also called CFA piles) are drilled using a continuous flight auger and then pressure-grouted in a single pass as the auger is withdrawn. They deliver high axial capacity with minimal vibration, making them ideal for South Florida’s variable soils including sandy fill, loose sands, and soft limestone.
When is jet grouting the right choice? +
Jet grouting is ideal for underpinning existing structures, providing excavation support, and creating cut-off walls where conventional methods aren’t feasible. It works well in tight urban sites and variable soil conditions where a drilled pile rig cannot be deployed.
What soil conditions does vibro replacement address? +
Vibro replacement stone columns are most effective for loose granular soils and soft cohesive soils where settlement reduction and bearing capacity improvement are required. This method is economical for large areas such as warehouse slabs and mat foundations.

Estimating & Scheduling

How do I request a project estimate? +
You can submit a request through our Contact page or call us directly at 305-681-9424. We typically respond to estimate requests within one business day. Having geotech reports, plans, or a site address ready helps us turn around accurate pricing faster.
How quickly can you mobilize to a project site? +
Because we are locally based in South Florida with our own equipment and crews, we can typically mobilize within days of contract execution. Lead times vary by current workload and project scope — contact us early in your planning phase for best availability.
Do you work directly with general contractors and engineers? +
Yes. We work as a subcontractor to general contractors, as a specialty contractor direct to owners, and collaborate closely with geotechnical and structural engineers during design and construction. Our bilingual team supports project communication in English and Spanish.
